Service Overview & Privacy Principles

100+ countries / 180+ routes, with no device limit. VPNWT starts with the specific needs of cross-border access when selecting international routes.

Cross-border access needs

VPNWT is a subscription service for faster international access, designed for people who visit international websites, use AI tools, or stream video. It supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, so you can use the same account across devices. A network connection and eligibility to use a platform are separate matters: content libraries, account regions, and feature availability are determined by each platform. Before choosing a service, identify the apps and regions you use most, then check your data needs instead of comparing route counts alone.

Route Selection & Troubleshooting

Choose routes based on real-world results: confirm the exit region, check that your target apps load properly, and observe connection quality during the times you usually use them. If something goes wrong, distinguish between issues with your local network, client settings, and platform region rules rather than changing several settings at once. For help, submit a ticket through the user panel with your device platform, selected route, the situation in which the issue occurs, and any error message. Hide account credentials before submitting. Choose plans and data packages according to the published pricing; the refund policy provides a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.

Privacy & Data Minimization

VPNWT follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Data minimization means collecting only the information needed to manage accounts and subscriptions and resolve support issues. You are not asked to include unrelated personal details in support tickets. Quantum encryption is part of the service’s security messaging, not a guarantee against every risk on every device. Keep your account credentials secure and review the privacy settings on the platforms you use. See the privacy policy for details on how information is handled.
