Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to refund requests for VPNWT subscription services. Check the order, payment record, and support ticket replies in the user panel for the latest status. Plan prices and data rules are available on the pricing page. Submit refund requests through a ticket in your account; account setup does not require an email address.
Refund Window and Scope
You can request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. The application window is based on the first successful payment and does not restart when you install a client, import a subscription, or make your first connection. Requests submitted within the window do not require an explanation or prior troubleshooting.
Please identify the order you want refunded. Monthly subscriptions and data plans use different billing formats and are reviewed against their respective orders. Data plans do not expire and can be used until depleted, but this does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. Later renewals, upgrades, or separate purchases do not automatically create a new first-payment refund window.
Eligibility and Order Verification
Requests made within the stated window after your first payment are handled under the full-refund commitment above. Connecting to a route, importing a subscription, or using data does not by itself require you to provide a reason for requesting a refund. This policy sets no additional deduction based on data usage or usage threshold; unpublished limits cannot be used in place of the refund commitment.
Orders outside the application window are not covered by this no-questions-asked refund commitment. Duplicate payments, unusual payment statuses, or mismatched order amounts can be submitted separately for review and should not go uninvestigated solely because the window has passed. If account ownership is disputed, a payment record cannot be matched, or an account may have violated the Terms of Use, the relevant records must be verified first. Verification confirms the payer and transaction details; it does not automatically mean that all orders are ineligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to the user panel, review your payment order, and note the order ID, payment time, amount, and payment method.
- Open the support ticket page to request a refund. Identify the relevant order and state what you are requesting. For duplicate payments, list each transaction to be reviewed.
- If the payment record and order status do not match, you may attach proof of payment or a transaction ID. Redact information unrelated to this review.
- Check replies, provide any additional information, and review the refund outcome in the same ticket. Keep the submission record so the application window can be verified.
Do not provide your account password, payment password, or private keys. If your account does not require an email address, you do not need to add one to submit a refund request. If you cannot log in, first check the available account recovery options through the panel’s login page.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method, not to an unrelated account. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are checked against the original transaction record. If the payment provider cannot process a refund to the original method, the reason must be explained in a support ticket and the next steps confirmed. You will not be asked to make another payment to complete a refund.
USDT refunds require verification of the original transaction and the network used. If the original payment source cannot receive the refund directly, confirm the receiving address and network through a support ticket to avoid sending funds to the wrong network or an address that cannot receive them. Refunds will not be processed based only on an address posted publicly. This policy does not promise unverified exchange rates, fees, or additional compensation.
Tracking and Follow-Up
Receiving a request, submitting a refund, and the funds arriving are separate stages. Timing depends on order verification, payment-provider processing, and on-chain confirmations. This policy does not state a fixed number of days for arrival without confirmation. After submitting your request, check the original ticket for the current status and any information still needed.
After receiving confirmation that a refund has been sent, check the original payment statement or the confirmed receiving record. If you still cannot find the funds, reply in the original ticket with the order ID and your search results to request a review of the refund record. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order end according to the result. Other orders remain subject to their status in the panel. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling.
